Get Involved

Without your help, York Against Cancer would not have been able to reach the incredible milestones it has in cancer support, research and education and awareness. We rely on your support in order to run and expand our services across the Charity. We know how lucky we are to benefit from the help of the York and the North and East Yorkshire communities and are so grateful to everyone who helps us in our mission to support as many people affected by cancer as possible.

There are lots of ways you can help to support York Against Cancer.

Fundraising

From hosting coffee mornings and bake sales to taking part in a fundraising run, there are plenty of events you can hold or take part in to support us.

Volunteering

There are lots of ways you can volunteer with us, from volunteering in The Leveson Centre or our gift shops, to marshalling at events and collecting when we’re out and about.

Donate

As a local charity, we rely heavily on donations from people like you. Your generous support has enabled us to deliver life-saving care and support to cancer patients.

Leave a Gift in Your Will

We know that what you do with your money after you are gone is an incredibly important and personal decision. We are so grateful for every gift that is left to York Against Cancer.

Corporate Partnerships

There are so many ways you and your work colleagues can get involved with fundraising for York Against Cancer, whether you’re an individual or working with a group. We rely on business charity donations to fund lifesaving research as well as care and crucial support.
